What kind of phone do I need to get your ringtones?
You will need a phone that accepts real ringtones or music tones to download the first three ringtones. (For more on your phone capabilities, check either of these two Websites: Zingy.com or Katazo.com ) Sorry, the tones probably won’t work if your phone only handles polyphonic or monophonic ringtones, but try it out and see. You’ll also need to have Web browsing access on your phone – that’s a must. If you don’t have a newer model phone, try our Universal ringtone which can be downloaded to most monophonic and polyphonic phones. Lastly, if you are a Verizon customer these ringtones won’t work on your phone.

How much do the Freevibe ringtones cost?
These ringtones are free for Freevibe visitors. Download more than one if you’d like. However, it is possible that your mobile phone company will charge you a small fee for receiving text messages and web browsing if you don't already have that in your mobile package. Check with your parents or your wireless plan before requesting the text message from Freevibe.

How do I download a ringtone?
Listen to the ringtones and decide which one you want. Then select, "Download it." You’ll have to enter some information (like your mobile phone number and type of phone). Don't worry, your information will not be collected for marketing purposes and your phone number will be deleted after your ringtone is sent. Within about 5 minutes, you’ll get a notification by text message. Once you get this message, open your Web browser and go to the URL address that’s listed in your text message. How do I know what manufacturer and model phone I have?
The best way to check is to remove the battery and get the name and model number off the inside of the phone. The music tones we’re offering are not able to be played on all models, but check our list to see if yours is there. What should I do when the download arrives on my wireless phone?
The actual prompts may vary by phone model. When you get the text message from Freevibe, you will need to go to the Web on your phone and retrieve your ringtone. Once you see the tone downloading, you know that it’s working. Once the tone is downloaded you will be prompted to save, listen/view, or assign the download.
