lil' known fact: When I was born, I had cherry red cheeks and my aunt gave me the nick name “Cherry” which has been used by my friends and family ever since.

brag-spot: I wrote for Echoes from the Streets, a youth newspaper in my hometown. And I had a learning disability (and overcame it) now on the Honor Roll.

DUST

From Alyssa: Wed - Apr 27
Shacoya, I have a friend who is 13 and smokes pot...Can I still be friends with her or should I leave her in the dust?

Posted by Shacoya: Wed - Apr 27
Wassup Alyssa? If this girl is a good friend of yours, you know, like someone you love and care for very much, then leaving her in the dust shouldn’t even be an option; you should try to help your friend. However, if she is influencing you to smoke pot then you need to tell her to act like a bad check and bounce! But the best thing to do is to sit your friend down. And talk to her to try to understand what’s influencing her decisions to smoke.
